Artist Statement
Die Ideen für meine Praxis stammen aus der Forschung über Erfahrungen mit Migration, Staatsbürgerschaft, Identität und Spiritualität. Ich konzentriere mich auf Themen wie Körper, Transformation, Transzendenz und Kulturen rund um die queere Existenz. Meine künstlerische Praxis bewegt sich an der Grenze zwischen Planung und Spontaneität. Die Arbeiten, die dabei entstehen, umfassen digitale Fotocollagen, Malerei, Objekte, Videos und neuerdings auch Mixed Reality.
