Plug-ins

For the integration and display of video content, we use plug-ins from the video portals Vimeo and YouTube on our website. Vimeo and YouTube are used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f German Data Protection Act (DSGVO). The plug-ins are integrated using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by the respective provider.

Our website uses plug-ins from Vimeo for the integration and display of video content. The provider of the video portal is Vimeo Inc, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

When a page with an integrated Vimeo plug-in is called up, a connection to the Vimeo server is established. Vimeo thereby learns which of our pages you have accessed. In addition, Vimeo obtains your IP address and can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have a Vimeo account. Details on the handling of user data can be found in Vimeo’s privacy policy at https://vimeo.com/privacy/.

Our website also uses plug-ins from YouTube for the integration and display of video content. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When a page with an integrated YouTube plug-in is called up, a connection to the YouTube server is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have accessed. YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube and/or Google account. You have the option of preventing this by logging out first. Details on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
